We are not responsible for payments sent to any other address or made through unauthorized channels.
3A. Transaction Integrity and Anti-Fraud Compliance
To safeguard the security and integrity of all transactions, Danuta Group LLC utilizes industry-standard anti-fraud detection systems.
All purchases are subject to immediate and rigorous risk assessment, which may include the automated verification of the purchasing device’s IP address, geolocation data, and consistency checks against provided payment method details. This risk level is proportionate to our low-value digital product offering ($500 maximum ticket).
Danuta Group LLC reserves the right to immediately cancel any order, revoke access, and permanently suspend the user account if:
1. The transaction fails our proprietary or third-party fraud detection systems.
2. The information provided is determined to be false, unauthorized, or associated with known fraudulent activity.
By completing a purchase, you consent to these security checks and acknowledge that the data collected will be used as primary evidence to contest any unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute.
3B. Specific Zelle Risk Disclosure and Compliance Certification
By choosing Zelle as a payment method, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
1. Zelle’s Nature and Purpose (Commercial Use Justification): While Zelle’s consumer-facing terms state the service is “generally intended for personal, not commercial, use,” **Danuta Group LLC uses Zelle through a verified business bank account and utilizes a dedicated third-party e-commerce integration tool (e.g., WooCommerce Zelle Payment Gateway)**. This integration demonstrates a recognized mechanism for commercial transactions within the Zelle ecosystem supported by participating financial institutions, validating the payment’s commercial intent.
2. No Purchase Protection (Direct Citation): The customer understands and acknowledges that Zelle is an irrevocable, cash-like transfer method. As explicitly stated in Zelle’s terms, **”neither Zelle nor the financial institutions offer purchase protection for payments made with Zelle”**.
3. Waiver and Assumption of Risk: You voluntarily **waive** any right to seek reimbursement from Danuta Group LLC or your bank for the purchase amount, including claims of dissatisfaction, perceived poor value, or buyer’s remorse. **The responsibility for initiating a legitimate, authorized, and error-free payment rests entirely with the sender (customer).**
4. Certification of Intent: By initiating a Zelle payment, you certify that: (a) You are the authorized user of the bank account; (b) The payment is specifically for the digital educational course provided by Danuta Group LLC; and (c) You accept and assume all risk related to the **finality and lack of purchase protection** associated with the Zelle transfer.
5. Misdirected Claims: Danuta Group LLC exclusively sells digital educational courses. Any dispute or refund request related to non-delivery of physical products will be classified as **external fraud** unrelated to our operations, and Danuta Group LLC will submit this contractual agreement as evidence of the customer’s misrepresentation.

Any payment sent to our emails outside these channels is considered unauthorized, and we are not responsible for losses due to scams or impersonation.
