Defense Against Payment Disputes and Chargebacks (Maximum Zelle Defense)
Danuta Group LLC is committed to a robust, evidence-based defense of all legitimate transactions. In the event a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, we will provide the issuing bank or payment processor with comprehensive documentation, which will include, but not be limited to:
1. Evidence of content delivery (immediate access logs).
2. The customer’s explicit acceptance of the **Specific Zelle Risk Disclosure (Section 3B of the T&C)**, which clearly states that Zelle transfers are **irrevocable** and that the service **”does not offer purchase protection”**—a policy confirmed by Early Warning Services, LLC (Zelle operator).
3. Detailed logs from our integrated anti-fraud systems (IP, geolocation, device fingerprint), confirming the purchase originated from a verified location and device, proportional to our low transaction risk profile.
4. **Demonstration of Assumed Risk and Finality of Payment:** We will submit evidence that the customer chose Zelle, an irreversible transfer method, for an impulse purchase (e.g., following a webinar/live event), thereby **contractually agreeing to fully assume the risk of loss** and accepting the finality of the transfer, consistent with the fundamental policy governing Zelle use.
5. Proof of External Scams: We will explicitly classify any claims for physical goods or high-value items (e.g., concert tickets, vehicle parts) as **external fraud attempts** completely unrelated to our verified operations, solidifying that the original Zelle payment was *authorized* but used for a separate scam.
The initiation of an unauthorized chargeback is considered a material breach of the purchase contract and may result in the user being liable for all associated costs, including administrative fees and legal expenses incurred by Danuta Group LLC.
